Update the design of the project, highlight the strengths and personalize communication with clients.
The client wanted to highlight all the product strengths, create a user-friendly navigation system, place an emphasis on high-quality support. Demonstrate social proof in the form of user reviews of the product and the work of the company as a whole. Personalize the website and convey a sense of real human interaction to online users.
WHAT WE DID
We developed a striking design with branded features.
Intuitively comprehensible icons and illustrations provide simplified navigation and content perception.
The website’s homepage displays social proof in the form of product reviews, indicating the number and geography of purchases made by a particular customer.
It also demonstrates the actual level of customer satisfaction with technical support which is evaluated on the basis of 100 latest reviews.
We created a user-friendly sorting system for the product catalog. The discount amount is made visible to customers when purchasing several modules, as well as the rating and reviews of a particular product.
We also developed a global navigation for the product card, highlighted the main advantages of the product and locked them at the top of the page.
We personalized the website, told the company’s story on behalf of its founders and presented the team of professionals that are working on the project.

Customers actively use ratings and reviews to find and select the required module, and also began to leave their reviews more often.
We have had a long and substantive relationship with Sense Pro. They have helped us many times in the design of our projects. Our most recent joint project involved a complete redesigning of our main store mirasvit.com. The project began in the beginning of 2020. We had several preparatory meetings with the SensePro team with the aim of finding the optimal concept for our new site. After that, SensePro began sending us prototypes of the new design. Truth be told, we rejected most of them. Still, SensePro was patient and persistent; through ongoing communication and collaborative efforts, we developed an approach which I believe has satisfied our business requirements as well as their sense of modern design. The project went significantly over schedule to complete, in large part due to the new COVID restrictions. However, by spring we had successfully launched the beta version of our new website. The final version was launched in autumn of 2020. That said, we are highly satisfied with the end result, and look forward to cooperating with Sense Pro again in the future.
