AI automation for online stores

A store that finds on its ownwhere it loses money

The AI assistant works every day, you just approve. It sees where the store is losing sales, proposes a fix and applies it after your “Yes”.

Sound familiar?

Thousands of products, one to three people and a 24-hour day

With 5-50 thousand products in the catalog, you can't keep track of everything by hand. Problems pile up quietly and never make it onto anyone's to-do list.

It's not a matter of diligence, it's a matter of scale. One marketer can't review 20 000 pages every day. The assistant can.

How it works

Looks at night, proposes in the morning, acts after your “Yes”

The same cycle every day. No tickets, no reminders, no “forgot to check”.

  1. Looks

Your store, Google Search Console, GA4 and the catalog. Every night, across all pages.

  2. Finds

    A problem or a growth point: a page without a description, a 404 on a product, a query without a page.

  3. Writes

What exactly to do and what it will bring. In the owner's language, not as a technical spec.

  4. You say “Yes”

One button. Or “No”, and the assistant won't bring it up again.

  5. Does it

On its own, if the change is within its reach. Or it hands a ready task to a developer.

  6. Shows the result

After 2-4 weeks: before, after, what to keep and what to roll back.

Already working. At the sporting goods store dzentime.com.ua, the assistant collects Search Console data on thousands of products every day and proposes filter pages for the queries shoppers actually search with.

Division of roles

What it does on its own, what together with you, and what only you decide

On its own, after your “Yes”

The routine nobody likes

  • Collects Search Console and GA4 data for all pages every day
  • Finds 404s and suggests where to redirect
  • Rewrites titles and headings for the queries people use to find the page
  • Drafts descriptions based on product attributes soon
  • Checks the next day whether the fix worked
  • Keeps a log: who changed what, when, and what it brought
Together with you

Where your business knowledge is needed

  • Which categories and queries matter more right now
  • New filter pages for demand: it proposes, you choose
  • Pages losing leads: it shows, you decide
  • Upsell rules for a category
  • What to hand to a developer and what to postpone
Only you

Everything that directly affects money

  • Any write to the site
  • Prices, promotions, assortment
  • What to roll back
  • Which team members to bring in
  • When to stop or expand the assistant's work

Scenarios

Problem, what the assistant does, result

Typical situations from stores with 5-50 thousand products. In the owner's language, no technical specs.

Content
Problem
A category ranks 8-9 in Google, but there's no copy on the page.
What the assistant does
Rewrites the title and heading for the queries people use to find the page, and drafts a description for you to review.
Result
The category climbs to the first page of results, and clicks from Google grow.
Content soon
Problem
Half the products have empty attributes, so they don't show up in filters.
What the assistant does
Finds the values in manufacturer sources, adds a link to each and submits them for approval.
Result
The product appears in the filter, and shoppers find it.
Catalog
Problem
Shoppers search for “membrane jackets”, but the store has no such page.
What the assistant does
Proposes a filter page for the query with products already in the catalog.
Result
A new page for real demand without expanding the assortment.
Catalog
Problem
Nobody uses the filters in a category, and it's unclear which ones are needed.
What the assistant does
Shows which filters get used and which are dead, and suggests what to move up.
Result
Shoppers narrow their choice faster and reach the product page.
SEO
Problem
Rankings for a group of queries dropped, and nobody sees why.
What the assistant does
Compares Search Console queries daily, groups the drops and names the likely cause.
Result
You learn about the problem within a day, not a quarter later.
SEO
Problem
Two pages compete for the same query, and Google shows one, then the other.
What the assistant does
Finds such pairs and suggests which one to keep as the main page.
Result
One strong page instead of two weak ones.
SEO
Problem
The page shows up in Google, but hardly anyone clicks on it.
What the assistant does
Compares the click-through rate with what's expected for that position and proposes a new snippet (the title and description in search results).
Result
More clicks from the same impressions.
Technical
Problem
The product moved, the old URL returns 404, and links still point to it.
What the assistant does
Finds the new URL of the same product and proposes a redirect.
Result
Impressions and links carry over to the live page.
Technical
Problem
The sitemap has old URLs, and the new pages aren't in it.
What the assistant does
Checks the sitemap daily and shows what appeared, disappeared or returns an error.
Result
Google indexes what it should and doesn't waste time on junk.
Sales soon
Problem
Out-of-stock products take the top spots in a category.
What the assistant does
Spots this and suggests moving them down the list or promoting available alternatives.
Result
Shoppers first see what they can buy.
Sales
Problem
A page brings people in from search, but no leads come from it.
What the assistant does
Matches clicks from Google against the page's conversion and puts it in the decision queue.
Result
You see which page is losing money and what to do about it.
Sales
Problem
Nothing from “frequently bought together” is offered with the product.
What the assistant does
Proposes upsell rules for the category: what goes well together according to purchase data.
Result
A higher average order without extra traffic.

Interface

What the work looks like

It's not a spreadsheet report. Each finding is a card: the problem, the fix, what it will affect, and a “Yes” button. The data on the screens is illustrative.

Solution

Add a description based on catalog attributes. The assistant will prepare the copy, you review it before it's published.

Impact

The page should climb to the first page of results: up to +120 clicks a month.

404 card: product moved

/product/nordvik-trek-jacket/
404was 200 until Oct 24· 612 impressions in 28 days
Problem

The same Nordvik Trek product is live at a new URL, while the old one returns 404. Impressions and links lead nowhere.

Solution

Set up a permanent 301 redirect to the new URL. Target verified: returns 200, doesn't redirect itself, same product in the catalog.

Impact

Impressions and rankings move to the new URL; internal links stop leading to a 404.

Security and control

Nothing changes on the site without your “Yes”

Your “Yes” before every write

The assistant prepares, you confirm. Automatic mode is enabled separately and only for rules you've approved.

“Roll back”

Every change has a history. If a metric doesn't improve, the assistant notices on its own and offers to restore the previous version.

Your data stays yours

Store data belongs to you and works only for your project. Access can be revoked at any time.

Connection without development

Google Search Console, GA4 and your CMS or CRM via standard access. Where writing isn't needed, access is read-only.

How to start

Connected in a day, then the assistant works on its own

  1. Day 1

    Connection

Access to Search Console, GA4 and your admin panel. A short talk about your goals.

  2. First week

Where the store is losing sales right now and what the assistant can fix on its own.

  3. Then

    Daily work

A check every night, a digest every morning, your “Yes”, and a monthly results report.

Questions

What people usually ask about the assistant

Will it replace an SEO specialist?

No. The assistant takes over the routine: daily monitoring, finding 404s, draft copy, checking results. Strategy, complex changes and final decisions stay with a person, on your side or ours.

What if the assistant makes a mistake?

No change reaches the site without your “Yes”. If a metric doesn't improve after a change, the assistant notices on its own and offers to roll it back.

Which CMS or platforms do you support?

Reading works with any store: all it needs is Google Search Console and GA4. Writing changes depends on the platform: where there's an API, the assistant writes on its own; where there isn't, it prepares a task for your developer. We'll check what's possible in your case on a call.

How much of my time does it take a day?

10-15 minutes: review the digest and click “Yes” or “No” on five decisions. If you skip a day, the decisions simply wait.

What about my data?

Your data stays yours and works only for your store. Connection goes through the official interfaces of Google and your platform, and access can be revoked at any time.

How is this different from ChatGPT?

ChatGPT answers when you ask it. The assistant looks at your store, your Google data and your catalog every night on its own, remembers what it did last month, and checks whether it worked. You don't have to ask it anything: it comes with the answer.

Do I need a developer?

Not for the connection. For changes that can't be made via API (for example, in the site's code), the assistant prepares a task. Your developer or ours can do it.

What will I see after a month?

A change log: what it found, what we did, and what it brought according to Google's numbers. Based on it, you decide whether to continue.
