Conversion optimization

More salesfrom the same traffic

We find what stops people from buying, change the store and measure the result of every change. No full-site redesign.

Why conversion

Traffic gets pricier. Conversion works on all traffic at once

Costs

More visitors, but costs grow every month too. Stop the ads and the effect is gone.

Costs

More orders from the same visitors. The effect works for ads, SEO and email at once, and stays with the store.

How we work

A cycle that repeats every month

  1. Research

Analytics, session recordings, heatmaps, customer surveys.

    Barrier map
  2. Hypotheses

20-40 hypotheses scored by impact on sales and effort.

    Prioritized backlog
  3. Changes

Design and implementation on your store by our team.

    Changes in the log
  4. Measurement

An A/B test when traffic allows, or a before-and-after comparison.

    Report and next hypotheses

We don't just hand over mockups «for implementation». Changes are made by the same team that came up with them: Sense Production analysts, designers and developers. That's why it takes weeks, not months, to get from idea to result.

What we optimize

Every zone of the store has its own metric

We don't judge changes «by eye». Each zone gets a metric in advance that shows the result.

Ways to work

Choose where you'd like to start

The cost of a sprint and ongoing support depends on catalog size and traffic. We'll quote it after the audit.

Start with an audit$99 until November 8

A prioritized change plan in three business days. A good way to gauge the potential before you start.

Reporting

Every change has a result in numbers

All changes go into a log: what was changed, when, and how the metric behaved afterwards. Once a month we review the report and plan the next hypotheses.

Questions

Common questions about CRO

When will we see the first results?

We implement the first changes within 2-3 weeks. We measure the result once enough data builds up, usually another 2-4 weeks.

How much traffic do A/B tests need?

A fair A/B test needs hundreds of orders per variant. With less traffic, we compare before and after periods, adjusted for seasonality.

Do we need a redesign?

No. CRO changes the specific spots that stop people from buying. A redesign only makes sense if the audit shows the problem is systemic.

Who implements the changes?

Our team: designers and developers. If you have your own developers, we hand them mockups and specs and check the implementation.

Which platforms do you work with?

Any: Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart, Magento, Horoshop, PrestaShop and custom solutions.

Do you guarantee results?

We guarantee transparency: every change is logged with its before-and-after metric. Not every hypothesis works, and that's a result too: you don't invest in what doesn't work.
