Client and problems encountered

Moyo is one of the largest electronic appliances chains in Ukraine.

The company has been developing rapidly while increasing the store traffic and sales volume. The online store offered more and more products, services and special deals that had to be displayed in a natural way.

The existing website looked outdated and didn’t match the scale of company operation. It was necessary to take a fresh look at website design and interface without compromising brand recognition.

We were tasked with renovating the website while preserving brand recognition. The client also needed to improve the online store usability.

Update the design and functionality of retail giant’s website while preventing a slump in online sales during the relaunch 

— Perform in-depth analysis of all the ways of interaction between online store and customers, especially in scenarios where customers refused to make a purchase 

— Process a huge array of information, given that the website consists of more than 347 pages 

— Improve the interaction scenarios by implementing user-friendly functionality 

— Encourage customers to make a quick purchase by subtly conveying a message that the product can be picked up within 20 minutes 24 hours a day in all key spots. 

— Create a web portal about job opportunities at Moyo

Improved the website usability

We found out how Moyo interacts with its customers, where are the weak points in the user journey, what are the obstacles in the purchasing process and how to eliminate them.
