Soundmag.ua – the first personal audio salon in Ukraine

The project faced several problems. Modest design, no interesting story to tell about business, user-unfriendly interface, absence of any unique features – all this was inconsistent with the inner content and thoughts that were on business owner’s mind.

Due to this and despite the availability of high-quality product assortment, many customers ignored the luxury goods and gave preference to low- and medium-price items.

Task at hand

The key task was to increase the financial return on investment in the online store.

It was necessary to grow the share of luxury headset sales, increase the average purchase amount, identify and eliminate all the problems with product search and purchase on the website. 

Furthermore, we were tasked with making the online store more recognizable to set it apart from other brands and show that it’s not just another audio equipment store.
